Every program is dependent on people and organizations for funding and acceptance, for requirement acquisitions, for supplying resources, expertise and experience to the program, for taking over the responsibility for the program outcome, and the experiences made, etc. Program stakeholders comprise all individuals and organizations involved in or affected by the program or its outcome.
